I was so pleased to have such quick service after I called. Your technician arrived within a few hours and made a great impression on me. He was a gentleman and knew his job so well. He installed the parts needed and the repairs were done and he left my garage in neat order!!!

After looking at my old garage door opener (Craftsman), Blake informed me that I would need a new one because it wouldn’t be worthwhile to fix my old one. I asked and he informed me about the Precision garage door opener and it’s lifetime warranty. I spent more than I planned but the lifetime warranty sold me. Blake also advised me of other options (up selling) that were available to to make my garage door operate better. I was completely satisfied with the service and Blake is an example to his peers and the company.

I wanted to write and thank you guys for the positive experience of my last service call. Bill recognized my door trouble as a simple part defect and got it fixed quickly. He also fixed a nagging sensor problem that prior service techs had been unable to figure out. In the end, I decided to have you guys install a keypad based on Bill’s honesty and helpfulness.
