The technician, Billy, did a great job. I was more than pleased. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem and remedied it. He told me that a new door opener may be in my future.

5 stars Did the best maintenance of the springs, rollers, etc. Took time to explain how the door was balanced and how to engage it manually if need be. Bill was very efficent and friedly.

What a pleasant experience it was to receive the help needed from Chris. He was so knowledgeable and more than willing to share his insights with me. We had an unusual problem resulting from a poor repair several years ago from another company. Chris fixed it in an expert manner and helped me to feel very comfortable in understanding the workings of our garage door. And I couldn’t believe how quick the response time was from when I called!
