I came home last night to a non-cooperative garage door and nobody in mind to call – it was after 8, so I wasn’t expecting anyone to answer when I did. But I got lucky by finding Precision on line, gave them a ring, and was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a friendly voice telling me that could have someone come out the next day. That would be today. The gentleman that fixed my door called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and could come by earlier than planned if I liked. Good deal for me, and so he more or less met me at more door when I arrived home. He quickly assessed the situation, reviewed three options, made some suggestions, and got down to work. In less time than it took for me to drink my espresso (slight exaggeration), he had replaced the failed springs and the trimmings to go along with it, packed up, and was ready to be off. Through it all, he explained clearly what the problem was, what my options were, how everything worked, what he would do, and why he would do it. Perfect. Courteous, knowledgeable, got the job done. And done in time for me to get the car out of the garage and my daughter to her ballet class on time. What more could you ask for? I would certainly recommend them again, and while I hope that I don’t have need to, I would call Precision again for future repairs.
