    The Technicians do an excellent job. However, trying to reach some one at your office is not easy. I tried 3 times this morning to reach the Ormond office. The voice message said please hold, and then good bye & disconnected. When I called to see when the doors would be installed I was on hold for at least 10 minutes.

    Hello. What an unexpected great experience. George was efficient, knowlegeable, polite and even called another tech to make sure all options had been presented to us. As an added bonus the setup to our car and explaination of the troubleshooting and code changing made us feel like pros ourselves. We are looking to buy another home and will definately call on george for any future needs. Lastly we love the quietness and lock option on the wall switch. Thank you so much. Carlin
