    I would give a 5 star rating. Dylan could not have been more cooperative. My husband was at work and Dylan took time to talk to him on the telephone with no sign of irritation. I felt Dylan knew what he was doing. The garage door opener was replaced. The door was opening on its own even though it was locked. I selected Precision based on the 24 hour service; but, next time there would be many more positive reasons to select Precision. I knew who was coming and what they looked like beforehand. Dylan was timely and called ahead of time.
