My garage door needed springs replaced so I searched the web for companies that performed service in my area. The first two I selected I got an answering machine. When I called Precision @ 12:25 Amber answered took my information and scheduled a same day appointment between 1-4 within 10 minutes Eric called to say he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues with my door he worked up a 3 option plan that would replace the parts needed to repair w/ 1 yr. warranty, replace parts needed plus center bearing assy. w/5 yr. warranty, complete mechanical rebuild of the door w/ life time warranty. We went with the complete rebuild Eric was very professional and he worked quickly to complete the task. Great job… 5’s across the board. I would recommend Precision ( Eric ) to anyone.

Blake was at my home early and I was not there. My family called me and he talked to me about my issues and what he thought was the best solution. I gave him the OK to move forward. When I arrived home he greeted me and went over the plan and I was very satisfied with everything he was going to do. Very pleasant and efficient and for all the work he had to do, he was fantastic. When the job was completed he showed me everything that was done and how it works and the quality of the replaced parts. I was very happy with his professionalism and his excellent work. My garage door seems to me working like it is new. I also like the safety features he explained and for his overall work ethic. Hats off to this excellent job and person.
