I had a issue when doing electrical work and shut a few breakers off which created a small issue causing the door to not stay shut. I called at 7 pm for them to come out and take a look at it. To my suprise they had a crew on call to come out that night and fix it. Chris and his other worker were very professional, friendly and courteous. They not only fixed the door opener but gave me advice for possible future issues should they arise. I won’t buy or recommend anyone but precision garage doors for any overhead door needs. These guys on top of it.

Outstanding service! Technician, George B. arrived on time as scheduled, went right to work, surveyed all moving parts on the double garage door, offered me three options based on what level of repair I wanted, then completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Very satisfied with the complete overall interaction with this company from the initial phone call to the follow up emails.

Called on Sunday and received polite service and estimate on the phone to replace a broken garage door spring. Was able to make my selection of appointment times for Monday and was provided with the name of Andrew, the assigned technician. Andrew arrived promptly at the beginning of the two-hour window, reviewed the garage door and confirmed the estimate. He was soooo polite. GREAT experience… THANK YOU!

Placed call at around 8:30AM this morning and technician was at my house a little after 10AM. Replaced the springs and fixed my garage opener light that wasn’t working. Kevin was polite and courteous and very prompt. I would recommend Precision Door Service in the future. Thank you.

i discovered precision door a couple years ago when i got a new door opener. i wanted something quiet and you delivered. you might be a little more expensive but the quality is worth it. everybody talks about how quiet and smooth my garage door operates. when a spring snapped, i automatically called precision door. the tech was prompt and efficient and friendly. I’m going to get precision door on my next house. 5 stars

After going with another company for a previous garage door repair and not being totally satisfied, I tried Precision on the advice of my girlfriend who had used them prior to my meeting her. They were everything she said they’d be and more. The technician, Andrew, was spot-on brilliant when it came to garage doors and it was quickly apparent that he cared more than just getting his paycheck. He went out of his way to make sure every component installed performed to his high standards. Not only was he personable, but he was exacting in every detail and I felt the job done was well worth the price. I would recommend Precision Doors AND Andrew to anyone needing an installation or repair.
