Called Saturday morning and was fortunate to get an appointment later that same day. Technician arrived promptly as promised, explained the situation and suggested a couple of alternatives. The work was a little more than I had intended on paying, but ultimately I feel “you get what you pay for”, so I thought I got my money’s worth.
