Precision was great! Eric, our tech, called first & arrived on time. He explained our two repair alternatives fully, gave us the price & completed the repairs within a 1-1/2 hours. He then explained the workings of a garage door opener so that we, as retirees, could understand. Great Guy! Great Work! Would highly recommend Precision.
