The best tech ever. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I will only use them for any repairs on my garage door. This is the 3rd time I have used this company and each time was terrific!

I decided to call Precision Garage Door to replace a broken torsion spring based on the add in the yellow pages of the phone book. I am so pleased to report that from beginning to end it was an excellent experience. When my call was quickly answered, I explained my problem and was asked when I wanted to set up the appointment. I replied as soon as possible. Nick, the technician arrived the following morning on time. Once he assessed the problem, checked how the entire system was functioning, then he gave me an evaluation of the entire system. He had found some other problems, but there was no hard sell and we quickly agreed to what work would be performed. He then gave me an estimate which pleased me and set off to work. Everything was done in a little more than an hour in the most professional and courteous manner. I definitely recommend Precision if anyone needs garage door services.

i called at 8am and I was given a time of between 930am and 1230pm for the technicians arrival. Jon called me and told me he would be there in 20 minutes, and at 10am he was there. Jon diagnosed the problem, showed me the rusted and broken cable, explained the repair and cost, and got to work. Jon got the repair done, ensured that the motor was set properly, and left. I am impressed with the response with short notice, the quick repair, and the efficiency of the whole process. I will only use Percision for my two doors

Outstanding customer service and repair!!! My wife found Precision Door Service and I called this morning, the assistant told me they will come today between 11:00 – 2:00 pm , The service tech called around 9:45 am and told me his ETA to my house is 10:30 am he was there way earlier than expected, which to me it is always a good sign of great and serious company. Kevin did outstanding job, he gave me a broad explanation on the repairs.

Been a satisfied PDS customer since 2013… always prompt service, reasonable pricing and excellent warranty coverage on parts and labor. For the first time ever, our garage door locked us in… both cars. 30 min after calling PDS (after-hours), Nick came out to service the door (snapped cable) and was here for about 3 hours, making sure everything was properly working, in the rain…WOW. Was only charged a regular service call (no after-hours fee), covered one part under warranty, and reasonably charged for another part. Between techs like Nick and the company’s “can do” philosophy, a potentially aggravating situation was stress-free. Thank you Nick & PDS, Dan

We very much appreciate the excellent service we received from Precision. “Van,” our technician, came as scheduled and completed the work in record time. He explained everything that was necessary, gave us options for upgrading our current door and mechanisms and gave clear instructions in usage. Very nice guy and a good rep for the company.
