Kurt was my repair Tec and called before his visit to tell me he was on the way. He told me all about the services offered and explained all my options. He was fast, friendly and professional. During the repairs we had a stranger approach us and we could tell he was not “well”.. We had to call the police and Kurt stayed with me until the man was apprehended. Kurt could have left, the bill was paid and he had another job to go to but he stayed and made sure I was safe. He went beyond the call of duty both with the repairs and as a person. I was and am extremely happy with how the service call went and the price was fair.
