    Tom was professional and courteous while explaining what had to be done to fix the broken spring. I was given three choices of what work could be done to fix the spring and chose to have other parts replaced in order to prevent other breakdowns. The job was completed in a reasonable time and at a fair price.

    We noticed garage door problems today which quickly got noticeably worse. Someone was at our house within two hours after calling Precision. Our technician, Blake, evaluated our door and took the time to demonstrate how and why our door was failing, patiently answering all our questions. Our garage doors unfortunately needed full replacement. I’m blown away by how professional our experience with Precision has been!
