Eric was on time, very courtesy and informative as to what he could do to get our door back in operation. He kept at his work until the job was done, went over all the repairs with us and the guarantees. We could not be more satisfied and knew we had picked the right company to do the repairs. Thank you so much Eric, it was a pleasure meeting you. Bob and Beverly

This is to inform the Precision Garage Door company that we (my wife and I) were thoroughly impressed with first how easy it was to get and make an appointment. Secondly, how prompt and not to mention how courteous and personable the technician was (Blake) that was dispatched to provide our service. This gentleman (Blake) was a super professional, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He called to advise us that he had been selected to provide the service on our garage door. Before he performed any service he explained in explicit and easy to understand detail what he was about to perform. He also offered very attractive alternatives to the problems we were experiencing. Be assured that if ever the need arises and any garage door service or we decide to change or need to replace the existing garage door, Blake has cemented our choice to always and forever give our business to Precision Garage Door company.
