Tim, GM, very undestanding and down to earth. Did not ignore my comments and even called me. Issue resolved and I am very pleased. This is what service is all about.

Precision gave excellent service – 5 stars. we like 24/7 service availability. Installers were competent doing all install. Thank you, Kenneth & Ingrid

Your technician Robert Fagan was great. He stated what was wrong with our garage door and opener. We had a blown out belt assembly and a bottom hinge was torn out at the bottom panel of our garage door. He recommended various solutions to our problem and we took his recommendation of replacing the belt and rail assemble for the door opener and replacing the hinge at the bottom panel on the garage door. He also gave us a quote to replace the garage door in order to bring this up to current wind code. We give Robert 5 stars for his professional work and recommendations.

I give Precision a 5 Star! From my 1st call in to Precision, I received courteous, friendly and fast service. My technician Dylan went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable, honest and explained all my options. He also addressed my questions and concerns in a very professional manner. I will definitely be using Precision for all my future garage door needs! Thank you so much!!
