I would recommend Precision & use them again. The service tech was friendly. He did not try & sell us something we didn’t need.

Your technician, Steve was excellent. He replaced a faulty motor and a worn out door gasket. This is the second time I have used your service and I highly recommend your company. The bonus of waiving the service charge was a surprise. Your rates are fair and your service prompt.

My garage door opener died. I looked online for service providers. After contacting a few, I decided on Precision. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt; I actually had service the same day I called! Tom Scott “ROCKS”. He arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem, which went beyond my “dead” operator. I am quite pleased with Precision and would definitely recommend this company.

Chris had outstanding customer service New his products and was so understanding with the matter of hurricane Irma he walked me through what is needed when picking out a garage door wow so much I learned thank you Chris for all out your knowledge and outstanding customer service
