He explained what he would need to do in order to repair my door, the associated cost and recommended replacement parts to for better door operation. Kerry worked hard and quickly repaired my door and also offered to return if any new problems arose

Your employee was very knowledgeable in resolving the issue with the garage door. Was not an easy fix but he continued until the issue was resolved.
