We had a broken spring and decided to call Precision Doors after hearing about them on the radio. They were able to come out the next morning and from scheduling to installation the service was top notch! Blake was our tech and he was very professional, polite, timely and explained everything to us. We decided to upgrade to the belt drive system with nylon rollers and when I say the garage door is whisper quiet I am not kidding! We can’t believe how many years we lived with garagae doors that you could hear from any room in the house, not anymore! We are 100% satisfied and would recommend Precision Doors to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

Timely, reliable and responsive service from Precision… I would definitely recommend them to anyone..

Very pleased, the technician explained my three options and I got to choose which one I wanted, no sales pressure, he install new springs, rollers, side cables, after seven years, certain parts ware out. Do not recommend customers do piece mill when repairing the garage door, do the job right, replace all moving parts and eliminate later problems.

The technician (Eric) quickly identified the issue with the garage door opener. He corrected the issue and I am very satisfied

Great garage installation !!!

Wayne came by on time, called ahead. Gave us a quote, told us everything he was going to do. He completed the work in about an hour. It was like getting a new garage door for a third of the price. It has never been that quite. We are very pleased, and would recommend to anyone who wants quality work.

Very professional and friendly explained everything they were doing. Im happy with the results
