This is the third time that we have had work done on our garage door by Precision: (1) install new quiet rollers; (2) replace automatic opener; and (3) a broken spring that trapped our cars in the garage. The replacement of the springs was completed less than three hours after the phone call! 5 stars for all three jobs.

The guys that came to put in my new garage door and opener were totally professional and courteous! They got right to work and afterwards explained everything to me. I can’t believe what a change it made in the appearance of the house. I would recommend them without any reservations to anyone looking to put in a new garage door or for any service.

I decided to purchase a new garage door as ours has been broken for a few years. It was a surprise for my husband. I had 2 installers, Evan and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other ones name. They called me to let me know they were running just a few minutes late because of traffic, but we’re extremely polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. It took about 3 hours and they were done. My husband arrived about 15 minutes after they left, and he was so happy with the new door.
