Quite a number of years ago I phoned Precision Door on a Sunday. My garage door would not go down and I needed help that day to secure my home for the night. Precision Door was listed as being available seven days a week and they sent someone out to service my garage door. I have not called anyone else since that time. I have always been served with courtesy and reasonable pricing. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you. Due to the hurricane I requested a quote for a new garage door.

Great Experience!!! I chose Precision based on TV and newspaper/insert ads and am glad I did. My garage door would not close with or without the power door opener. The garage door was in the half open-half closed position and would not move in either direction. This happened on Halloween afternoon 2017. When I called for an appointment, I spoke with Chris who said he would get a tech out me on the following day. When I explained I could not get my car out and leaving the garage door open all night exposed my home to vandalism, especially on Halloween, he asked me to hold to see if he could get a tech out that day. After a few moments, Chris returned and advised he could have a tech, named Alex out this evening in about an hour. This was about 5:00 p.m. Alex showed up 40 minutes later, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do so. He completed a thorough safety inspection and assessment of the problem, and advised me of courses of action. We agreed on what was to be done and he proceeded to correct the problem. I looked over his shoulder periodically and if I had questions as to what and/or why he was doing something, he explained it to my while he kept working. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and patient (with me). He spent about two hours fixing the problem and the garage door works like new. Cost of the repair was reasonable. Thanx to everyone at Precision and kudos to Chris to Alex.

I am extremely pleased with my Precision Door experience today. I called this morning to request service for my garage door opener. I was given an apppointnent with a 3 hour arrival window. I got a call from the technician saying he wasn’t far from my home and asking if he could arrive early. I of course said yes. My technician arrived promptly and was courteous, personable and professional. He explained everything he did and why. Steven, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I would highly recommend Precision Door to any of my friends and neighbors needing garage doors and/or repairs. Thank you!

My experience with Precision Door has been a pleasure from start to finish. They were available to come to my home the day after I called, they installed a new garage door opener and did an overhaul on the parts that came with my old opener. When the installation was done, my garage door went from Clang, Bang to a whisper. What a difference! Our technician explained everything, answering all my questions and didn’t leave until I fully understood how to operate my new door. Thank you Precision Door Service for a job well done. (BTW, this is the second time we have used this company. The last time was at our old house. The garage door worked as well after 12 years as it did the day Precision installed it!)

Spoke with your customer service on the phone and she quickly set the appointment and not 10 minutes later, I received a call from Scott, the technician. He was here at the time stated. He was very nice and explained everything. I enjoy working with him. He fixed the door and all is well.
