Precision performed a service call from a garage door that was installed in 2014. The technician did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing step by step. There work scheduled time is perfect, is very professional, neat with outstanding clean up when the job is complete. Out of a five star rating I would give them the 5 stars in all categories.

Robert showed up at the expect time, called to let me know he was on the way. When I explained to him what i did the last time the tech was here he sort of knew what was wrong this time. The other tech didn’t tell me about cleaning off the paint on each section.
