The technician, Andrew, arrived as per our appointment to inspect our old garage door that had problems opening and closing. We chose to install a new motor, and also had springs, cables remotes, and an outdoor keypad replaced. Andrew was very knowledgeable and attentive and installed everything to perfection. Pretty impressive; I called one phone number and then hung up to call another number where i made an appointment; not too long later i got a follow up call from the first number to ask if i was able to schedule an appointment; Ryan was a few minutes late for which he apologized, was very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner; my opener is over 20 years old so i asked for information for a new one and he included that info in one of his emails; bing, bang, boom…….well done.
