Kerry did a excellent job replacing our garage door opener. He was on time, honest and friendly.

The Technician, Blake, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Service was fast and prices reasonable. Would recommend this company.

Scott did an amazing job. Your customer service team is excellent. I emailed late on Thanksgiving night my request for service. Your team called my house within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the following morning. Scott came out and was great. I had purchased the lifetime warranty package with Precision before, and your team delivered. I highly recommend anyone getting a repair to purchase the lifetime warranty package since your team stands behind your product. Rarely do I write reviews – but am happy to share great information on great companies. Thanks for the great service!

Blake was on site in less than hour of my call, he was very professional and polite. thanks for a great job……..

Precision has always been our go to company for garage door service. Fast, professional service at economical prices. Thanks for everything!

Steve Coots had already clocked out on Wednesday, November 22nd, the evening before Thanksgiving. He responded to a call I made about my garage door that had fallen off the track. He arrived within minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed the problem with ease. During this process, he was knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Steve. I really appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness!!

Very professional. Prompt response and thorough. Would recommend any time.

Prompt and excellent service. Very satisfied.

Fantastic work and customer service.

William is an asset to your team. From the initial appointment time of evaluation of the issue at my home he was on time and was very upfront in explaining what needed to be done to accomplish the mission. The day of install he was again on time and did an outstanding job. I have rental homes in the area that will eventually be needing service and I will be calling on your team again. Thanks !
