I was completely happy with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The service person was very professional and explained my problems with what I was asking him to do and we were able to make the right decision on the job. My opener that I had was working fine but I wanted a belt drive to make it quitter and WOW!, what a difference in the noise level. Thank you for doing a great job!!!

After work was done he again explained everything and made sure to show me the work he performed. He then showed me how to properly lube all the rollers. Top notch work!

Wow I cannot recall having a company ever coming to my home and fix anything that fast. I had a broken spring in my garage door I called these folks and requested service at around 0840 pm on Monday night and they had the door up and running by 0940 am the next day. The price of the repair (I think) was a bit high but I have to admit they did fix it right the first time. Today is Friday (after they fixed the door) and the door is still working like a charm. Maybe is just me but I kind of now hear the door working a bit smoother after they repairman put the new springs. Yes I would call them again if I have to.

The worker was very patient and explained everything so that I would understand what he was doing. He answered my questions and went over things several times because I often need repetition of directions. I was very pleased with his patience.
