The technician called to ask if he could come earlier than our appointment time, and it worked out fine by me. He was thorough, and professional in handling my request. Nothing was broken on my doors (single and double), but I wanted preventative maintenance, spring adjustment, and new rollers, which he provided in a quick and efficient manner.

Second time to use your services… very satisfied. Precision Door Service will be my first call, always. Both occasions I received next day service, your technicians were always professional, they demonstrated a solid working knowledge, they took the time to explain what needed to be done, and lastly, and verified my satisfaction. Keep up the good work!!
