My garage door decided not to work today. I called Precision and they were at my house this afternoon. Alex, the technician was knowledgable and a good communicator. He discovered the problems and showed them to me. Then he explained my options. Tomorrow, I’m getting a new opener, and I’m confident that it is necessary.

Amazing service performed, repairs and installation of the new opener was done in a timely manner and the service tech was very informative of all that was warranted and did not leave until all was explained to me. Greg was called on his way home, done for the day, and was told our cars were stuck in the garage due to a broken garage door spring. He turned right around, arrived within 25 minutes, was done in less than an hour! Wow. Thank you!!
