I am so impressed with PDS! When I called, a prompt service call was scheduled. The spring was broken, but since the opener was quite old, I opted for a whole new opener system at a price I felt was reasonable. Dennis arrived 30 minutes later and began working. Friendly and informative, he had my new system installed quickly. Everyone from the guy on the phone who made my appointment to the man who did the estimate to my installer Dennis did a first rate job!!

Amazing service. Got estimate and work done same day. Both guys the estimator and the one who came over to do the work were great. The man that did the work did excellent job even worked through thunder storm until job was finished. The man who did the estimate did not try to sell us what we didn’t need but exactly what our doors needed to make them safe and work properly. I will certainly recommend your business to my neighbors.

Great job so far. I never knew how noisy an old opener could be. This new one is very quiet. It looks sleek compared to the old system. You guys installed my mom’s system a couple of years ago. I didn’t make a mistake when I followed her lead. The installer was courteous, professional, and quick. I’m satisfied so far.

Tech showed up on time, called before coming. He was very friendly and open with me on what he was doing to check out my repair that needed done. I would call Precision again and recommend to others to do so also.

We had a sudden broken spring very late in the afternoon, could not raise our door and needed immediate attention to attend a important medical appointment the next morning.
