My door would not open and it was also about 16 years old to boot – we call the night before and received a phone call back in the early AM – the rep came out and gave us a very fair price in replacing except the door itself. We agreed on this and his tech was out here in less than 2 hours to do the repairs and replacements – EXCELLENT COMPANY WORK WITH. Upfront pricing, quick service, knowledgeable employees and easy to understand the process involved. A 5-star review for sure!!

I am totally satisfied with everything that was done. From the person that told me what had to be done to the person that did the work. I would give them a 10 star rating but it only goes to 5 . I would and have been spreading the word that Precision in the place to go for anything related to a garage door.
