A call to Precision Door resulted in an honest estimate of repairs by Scott who pointed out problems we were not previously aware of, thank you. After the appointment was scheduled, a very nice gentleman by the name of Beau came out to perform the work in a quick and efficient manner. All was done within 24 hours. Although I felt the price was a bit high, I was satisfied with the work performed.

Scott Mayhew did an Awesome job! In addition to being prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, he went “above and beyond” the call for our “non-working” Keypad for our garage door…Fixed/replaced springs and replaced seal along bottom of garage door, and installed a new Keypad! Precision installed our “New” (2015) garage door opener; So it made perfect sense for us to call them! No Regrets!! SEMPER FI, Scott!

I had a warranty repair done on my garage door this morning by Scott. The work was done quickly and professionally. Scott took the time to explain the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Scott was courteous, engaging and friendly. I would highly recommend him. All the work was done as quoted with no surprises.
