One of the most amazing contractor experiences I have ever had…from initial call, to job completion. Installers (Austin I believe…) and his assistant, spot on time, professional and friendly….excellent installation and customer service. These guys are KEEPERS! We are very happy with our experience with Precision, and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Since I had no experience with any providers of garage door services, I just opened the yellow pages and began calling. The first two I called had a recording to leave a message and they would get back to me (and this was on a Tuesday in early afternoon). I thought if they couldn’t at least have someone answer the phone on a workday, I wondered just how sound their business was. So my third call was to Precision, and what a good decision that was.Finally, I had a person I could talk to. Scott came the following day, on time, and after giving me an estimate, sent a tech over to complete the job. Brittany was very efficient, and installed new parts for me in short order. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The were there when I needed them, responded on time, and completed the work as promised. No surprises; 24 hours from when I first called, my door was again operational. I highly recommend this business.

The tech came out and wasn’t able to help repair my door due to the company not working with the manufacturer of my door. Only choice would be a whole new door which wasn’t necessary or in my budget. I wasn’t charged for the visit since they couldn’t help me. Honest company I would recommend.

5 stars throughout the whole process. Rob came out on tues afternoon to evaluate our garage door problem and was very courteous and knowledgeable representing your company in a very fine manner. Beau McClure came out at about 9:30am on Wednesday morning and by 12:30pm was finished completely leaving us with a new looking garage door.it is a pleasure to have employees representing a company like these two young men did.
