As always, my experience today was perfect! Precision went out of their way to find the correct door seal to avoid water from entering my garage. They were on time, professional, courteous and dressed in Precision attire. Great job!

My son recommended Precision Door, and they promptly responded, giving me estimate on our old heavy garage door replacement/ repair? We chose repair, and the next day their worker fixed and updated the door moving parts and springs and brought up to code. We received excellent service and our door now moves smoothly and much quieter.

I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! That individual was able to give me an idea of what to expect but truly the individual who made this experience great was Joel!!! Joel was very detail oriented and wanted the service to be perfect! In todays service culture, it was refreshing to work with someone like Joel! I would give the gentlemen 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond! I will request Joel for every service going forward and highly recommend Joel to friends and family! Please recognize Joel for his outstanding service! He deserves all the kudos!!!!!
