An extremely good move to have chosen Precision!! Rob, our estimator thoroughly evaluated our situation (a 30 year old door and opener). We believe that we received a reasonable price for the job. The installers, Sam, Jason and Austin were very professional and explained the final product and all of its capabilities. Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. They are certainly a credit to the folks who raised them, and positively great representatives of Precision Door. Should I need service in the future these two are my choice technicians! ????

Price to do this job was unbelievably high. Cannot believe how you can charge customers as much as you do. We will definitely find another company next time. Job took way longer then it should have making our renter of the house very upset with us! We thought a key pad was included and the bill shows almost 100.00 for one. Would not have had one installed if I would have known this. Was not even given the code for the key pad. The owners who paid this bill should have this important information . Not happy at all

We are extremely pleased with the immediate response to replacing our garage door opener that was damaged by light. Brittany was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a terrific job. The only complaint I have is that the motor is noisy. Is this a characteristic of this opener? Keep up the great service you provide to your customers.
