    Beau came out to look at our garage door that wouldn’t close. He called me when he was about 20 minutes away, which I really appreciated because when you have a 4 hour window, you just never know! He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our garage door is original to the home and needs to be replaced, so we decided to stick with Precision for the replace as well just because we were so pleased with everything. Thanks again for helping us out!
