The cable on my garage door broke, so I was unable to close my garage door. And it was a Saturday…. Not sure if I could help, I figured I’d call a “larger” company. Everyone was so nice!! From Jennifer who answered the phone and made the appointment. Rob who came out and assessed what needed to be done and Greg who did a fabulous job getting everything done right, showing me everything he did, how to work everything…so absolutely thorough. A tad more expensive than I would have liked, but very happy with the end result.

I called Precision Door on Friday afternoon late and was given an appointment for Saturday morning (8-12). The technician Mr. Thomas Norman arrived promptly at 8am. He was a gentle giant. He was very kind, very patient, very knowledgeable and treated me with the most respect, even with me being of color. He worked with me and gave me the best deal for my budget at this time. Thank you for a top notch experience. My garage door spring broke on Wednesday trapping my car inside. I scheduled the company that worked on it before to be at my house today at 1:00. At 9:00 this morning they called and told me they wouldn’t be at my house until Tuesday. I was very annoyed. Went on to your website and scheduled. Musch to my delight you had availability at 1:00 pm. Blake arrived early to assess the damage and give me a quote. Evan then arrived and completed the repair very quickly. Full disclosure with photos of all issues and before/after shots. Very highly recommend this company.

Wow. Called them and they came in just a few hours. They were kind enough to fit us in and it’s a really busy day because garage door problems are always more prevalent just before a hurricane. The tech was pleasant, worked quickly, worked cleanly, and did the repair lickety split! Thank you Precision Door Service!

Excellent service. Blake came out to assess the issue and explain everything. Bernard arrived a few hours later to complete the repairs. Everyone was super helpful and pleasant from the first call for service through installation. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the excellent service provided with this company. I called for appointment and they came in 2 hrs plus completed the job then!! 4 hrs and all done!! The service tech, Beau McClure and his assistant were very knowledgeable and explained things to me. They are an asset to this company.

Precision installed a new door, motor, and all new hardware. They communicated every step of the way and the installers were friendly and extremely knowledgeable, everything you’re looking for when having someone come to your home!
