Thank you for prompt service of my garage door after Hurricane Ian. I called on Sunday and the tech Mason, came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem of the garage door not going all the way down. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything so I could understand it. Even lubed the hinges for me. That afternoon 2 more techs came by to replace the battery pack that Mason found needed replacing. He didn’t have one on his truck. The other 2 techs were equally professional and courteous, asked if I had any questions before leaving. Top notch service all the way. I’m very happy with my Precision Garage door and service after the sale. Thank you!

Amazing experience. Both Tyler and Evan were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind! I was very impressed with these technicians and their work ethic. From making the appt to completing the repairs the process was seamless. I feel confident that I chose the right company.

This company has the best customer care of any company I have ever dealt with, and being 79 thats a lot of companies Trust Me. Right from the start, their office asked the necessary questions, made an appointment. They called to confirm appt. , sent an email with the photo of the employee who was coming. Mason called stating when he would arrive. Very polite, well versed on what needed to be done, did his work by getting my car out of the garage, as the door had been completely off the rails and tilted. I was told new springs, wires and new rollers were needed. He quoted a price. Was contacted that same day by ( Brandon) repair crew made appt. they arrived on their appt. time. Completed the final repairs as needed. Again, very competent and experienced repair people. No additional charges even though they really struggled with the door being off center. All repairs completed properly. They again were very courteous answered my concerns and were extremely conscientious of my anxiety and kept me calm as they worked. I must say this company has the best employees, customer response and they stick to their commitment of quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage work, they are in my opinion the best of the best. 10 + Stars, darn, I could only give 5 , they deserve much more.

Great service! Mason came early to assess our problem and came up with a workable solution very quickly. Price was more than fair. Allen appeared soon thereafter and completed the work in no time. Very professional! I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door work or repair.

We have been living in Windermere since 2009. During that time we have used dozens of suppliers…roofers, pest, landscapers, handymen to name a few but I must say that Precision stands out miles above the rest. Today Tyler Hartley and Matthew Hair evaluated, repaired and installed a new garage motor and springs. They were highly preofessional, knowledgeable and educated us on our costs options before installing and repairing the unit. I am sure that we will not be needing to call them again very soon but if we have any garage door needs in the future, its good to know they are available.

Friday the day after the Hurricane IAN, I went online to Precision Door to schedule a repair of my garage door. Online scheduling was easy and quick to fill out and had an opening for the following day with a window of 8A-12P. Nick texted and phoned 15 minutes till 8 to let me know his ETA. Nick was polite, professional, and provided a low hassle detailed quote. The quote was a very fair price for the overhaul & repair. Victor texted & phoned with his ETA (only 40 minutes later). Victor completed the repair in a few hours. I received before and after photos of my repair and a detailed invoice. Process from start to finish was efficient, professional, and excellent craftmanship. Excellent Service, hands down!!!!

I just had my garage door repaired and Precision was very quick to respond and fix all my problems. The technician (Mason) that gave me cost and the technician (Greg) that did the repair were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the work they did and I would definitely call them again if needed in the future.
