The technician who came today (Michael) was very courteous and professional. After checking every part of the Sommer garage door opener and repeated attempts to ascertain why it was not working, he was able to align the sensors correctly so that the opener now works. The only drawback is that your company does not carry the Sommer garage door opener line (e.g. for any future replacement parts).

Surprisingly, I realized I used Precision to replace a garage over 20 years ago in a different house in a different city when I went to pay them. I didn’t remember this when I saw a neighbor have this great company fix their garage and chose them to fix ours. I was so pleased and happy then as I am today. The people they hire to give estimates are courteous, precise, professional and knowledgeable They even fixed the garage the same day within hours. The prices were fair and honest, albeit a little higher. But the quality of materials and work was outstanding. Precision is a company of choice.

Precision is the best service provider of any kind that I have experienced in my 35 years in Orlando. My main garage door spring broke. I called. They (Brittney) were out in 20 minutes. Fixed the spring and did a complete inspection. My garage door hardware is 22 years old, and was struggling. They identified some areas of concern (safety and operational). We scheduled time to replace rollers, springs, cables and openers. Anthony and Evan did a really fantastic job with the work. Everything works perfectly. I am very impressed.

The whole Precision Door experience was better than we expected. From Noah, Stephanie and Amber in the office to Cooper, Ian and Matt in the field….all were knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Ian went out of his way to make sure we were all set up and comfortable with the system before he and Matt left after completing the installation. I was exceedingly pleased with the service I received from the precision technicians who installed my garage doors today. Matt and Ian (I hope I got his name righty) were courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. Their customer service was exceptional – from the initial encounter of receiving a courtesy call to inform me they were 45 minutes away until the end of the installation. I must say each encounter I’ve had with a Precision employee has been outstanding. Thanks for the great customer service.

Purchased a new garage door motor 7/21 the remote had issues opening the door. They came and gave me a new remote, still the same problems. I have a terrible disability can only get in my home through the garage. I ordered an additional remote since I’m terrified of not being able to get in my house. Still same problem, it was not a remote problem but garage door motor. Called owner was in tears. Mr. Cain made it right gave me a top of the line motor at no cost to me. A difference of night and day. Thank you for helping me will highly recommend your company and the technician Joel was wonderful and respectful. Thanks all of you.
