What an awesome experience. Let me start with the initial call. Great person who answered the phone and she had a technician out to me in less than an hour. Next is Tyler our installer. What an awesome young man. Absolutely fantastic in all aspects from the initial contact to the job finish. Very rare these days to find someone who still delivers quality service and answered all my many questions. Finally the garage opener is everything I wanted and more. All at a price that was extremely reasonable. Precision Door will now be my go to company for any future need. Well done.

I have been a customer of Precision Door Service since 2017. I have always received excellent service every time. I recently need repair service on my garage door. I contacted the company and they sent two of their employees to my home Tyler Hartley and Greg Franklin. These two gentlemen provided superior customer service. They explained everything that would happen in the repair of my garage door. I especially liked the before and after photos they sent od the repair process. This is outstanding service.. .

Absolutely great service. Replaced the broken spring and other parts within about 4-5 hours of my first call. All service personnel were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Their promptness and professionalism allowed us to make the medical appointment we had without hassle or rescheduling. Recommend them highly!

My garage door went from sounding like a train rumbling though the house to a quiet Spring day. Just by changing the springs, rollers, and upgrading the opener, I was able to keep my existing door. The contractor explained everything he was going to do in detail before he started and finished in a timely manner. I’ve used Pricision before and they’re still the BEST!
