Blake Furukawa came this afternoon to evaluate the problem with my garage door. He explained everything to me gave me two options to fix my problems. I chose to have the repairs he suggested which was almost like a new door. He was great and helpful. Bernard Hartfield came to do the work. He also explained what he was going to do. He replaced rollers, springs, reinforced things and installed new opener. He was great and I am very happy with the work he did. Both guys were great. Thanks for taking care of my problem so fast.

Precision referred by neighbor, I had no issue using garage door but needed long overdue checkup, appointment made quickly, technician Blake did checkup, explained work needed and estimate, Jacob arrived next day to complete work, explained new items, (drop down menu below for “new items” may not capture items I tapped) your invoice lists items needed from belt, springs, drum, roller, cables to existing door panels, remotes, keypad, new manuals, I’m very pleased I scheduled this checkup, my garage door is quiet and smooth. Both Blake and Jacob are assets to your company.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Precision today. I completed a request online last night around 10pm. Someone called me today and they were able to fit me in two hours later. A small time window was given for both of my appointments and both technicians were on time. I received a text (with a photo and background information about each technician) to inform me the technician was on the way. Both technicians also called me to give me a specific time of arrival after the text was received. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were helpful, kind, and not pushy. I would use their services again! Thank you Precision!

Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. The girls in the office were also very cooperative and professional when I called with a problem. Just a “all around” good experience and I would recommend them.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. Cameron came for the inspection, and he was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and worked in a timely manner. He explained everything thoroughly and gave all the options available for my situation.
