Service provided 10/4/2023 for a new Haas 600 series garage door and new opener. Old equipment removed and install of new door and opener went smoothly. Ian and Matt did a great job and were completed in under 4 hours. Door looks as promised and new liftmaster opener is quiet and smooth with a lot of bells and whistles. Ian explained the use of the door and opener and helped us set up the App on our cell phones. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Both were young and got the job done with smiles. Good workers. Tyler in sales was knowledgeable and pleasant and was responsive to our questions prior to the install. Got the door in months time and we were aware that it could have been 4-6 weeks. They came within 24 hrs of call made a proper assessment of all requirements. No issues with timings, they were there and gone less than 1day complete install. Took all old hardware away. Installed new opener. Not the lowest price, however the service was excellent. Even returned to reprogram opener after power outage. Highly recommend

PM had recently been done on our garage door, but it sometimes would almost close, then open up again. Evan Tucker discovered the culprit, the rope on one end of the door was hanging down. If the wind was blowing, the rope would block the path of the light beam, causing the door to stop closing. We were very pleased with Evan’s professionalism and also happy that there was no charge. This is good business!

Love texts before repairman arrived giving his picture and information. Micharl Bondie is nice, unintrusive, and did a great job on my door.

I called and left a message on Wednesday, got a courteous and prompt return call first thing Thursday morning, scheduled an assessment/estimate for Friday morning, and the technician was on site early afternoon on Friday to complete the repair. That kind of responsiveness and service is rare these days. Both Tom Norman, who came Friday morning to do our assessment and estimate, and Jordan Nein, who flawlessly effected the repairs on Friday afternoon, were consummately professional and courteous.
