    I called just yesterday regarding the chain on my garage door, it started popping right after we had a screen installed. The woman who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, even offering to send someone out yesterday. We scheduled for today. Jordan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately; offered solutions, costs and the pros and cons for all options. He ended up repairing the problem within minutes then offered to lubed the door for us. He probably wasn’t here 30 minutes in total and we are 100% satisfied with the result. A delightful technician to work with and good work too. A++

    The techs were great the product good, however I was not let know about the fact I would loose 8 inches of space because of new door. I have waited for over a week for a return call but nothing. Job done have $ no response about issue.
