Great communication throughout and gave very detailed information regarding all options and aspects of the repair, including costs, which were also reflected in the very detailed invoice. Precision Door delivered on all levels. They were prompt on the initial call and gave me options and estimates on needed work. We had both garage doors and openers replaced. We had a door emergency just as we were leaving for the airport! We contacted a neighbor for a referral. They had used Precision when replacing their doors, so we called Precision. A tech came out and assessed the door that was jammed; he managed to get our door closed and secured while we were away, and made recommendations for a replacement. The replacement door was installed today and all details were completed. We are very pleased with the follow up and installation, as well as the quality and sturdiness of the new door. The techs were efficient and cleaned up after the installation, as well as instructing us on usage and features. Thank you!
