    When technician arrived, I explained the various problems that I was having with existing system. He knew right away that it was probably the mother board in the old unit. We also discussed replacement of the rollers to eliminate noisy operation. After comparing costs with what I thought would correct the problem and installing a whole new drive system, I decided to go with the new system (which included new drive and belt system, new wall unit, new remotes and new sensors). After installation, operation of garage door was very quiet and smooth and roller replacement was not warranted which saved me some money. I was very satisfied with the technician and quality of work performed. I would definitely use Precision Door Services again and would recommend them to anyone.

    I was going to install this myself but didn’t have the time for a few weeks. Kalip was “EARLY” and called to see if I was available. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional, explained everything to me and was done within an hour which made me jealous because it would have taken me all day.
