I actually found out about Precision on the internet. They had a nice professional looking web page so I gave them a call. The technician, Ross came out and gave us a formal estimate. It was determined rather quickly that I needed more than just a quick fix. We decided to go with a new door. We were told it may take a week or so to get everything in order, but the very next day Ross called us up and said everything was in stock and we could get started that day. Ross was very friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the task at hand and would often explain what he was doing during the steps. He also gave me a little history and background of the company. Ross was an excellent tech. and Precision seems like a great company. Give them a call.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Chris took our old cranky garage door and made it work like new. I was really impressed by his attention to detail and the quality of his work.

Chris was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly to me. We have used percision in the past and have always liked the service. I had a 4-7 appointment window and Chris called me at 2 and asked if he could come early and I was very happy about that.

It looks like its fixed this time.I asked ross about the lockout wall panel. He told me how it works. that is the problem I was having. I could not open door from outside half of the time. He changed inside wall panel and it works better then it ever did.

The service was excellent. We purchased the new garage door opener and also the lifetime warranty on the garage door parts, springs etc. Very pleased with your service and installed.

Chris called and said he could even come earlier if we would like him to which worked out well for us too. Chris was very educational as well as friendly. He went into alot of detail about how the springs, the roller and even our door opener worked. He greased everything up. Was patient with us while we decided which price to accept
