    5 star service. They were the ONLY company that called me back on time, gave me a prompt and fair estimate, and came out on the day they said to do the installation (new door needed). Another company finally showed up to give me an estimate, and it was substantially higher. I got a wind-rated door and expert installation for a very fair price. 5 stars all the way around.

    Call back from Ormond Beach office about 2 years ago. Patti Canada handled all my calls and emails re new garage door installation with professional efficiency and concern. Delay in expected Aug. 10th delivery for Aug. 16 installation most disturbing as Aug. 31 an impossible date for me.Patti followed thru with Amarr manufacturing, and installation completed on Aug 30 by two very competent technicians(names slipped my memory)

    HECTOR WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. HE STATES THAT I NEED A NEW PANEL. ANOTHER FIX WOULD BE A NEW GARAGE DOOR. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR EACH.I WILL BE GETTING A COUPLE MORE ESTIMATES. AFTER WHICH I WILL MAKE A DECISION BASED ON THOSE ESTIMATES.

    Precision was four hours late in beginning the job. The appt. was for 0900. I called at 0915 and was told that the tech had called in sick. Not my problem. I mentioned that my time was valuable too. The young lady on the phone said that she would take $100 off the estimate price and have someone there by 1:00 PM. To this I agreed. The tech showed up a few minutes early. He and another guy finished the job in under three hours. They did a good job. But, the tech said he would have to do cut the trim at the shop. And would install the trim on Friday. He said I would not have to be there for the installation. The liner at the bottom of the garage door was pinched in three places and light came in when the garage was closed. Your tech said it would work itself out, I hope so.
