The technicians did a good job with the installation. However, it probably would have taken less time if the technicians didn’t stop working to talk about other jobs.

I chose your company because of the reviews I read. When my door was installed the technician was very professional and also knowledgeable about the Door and showed me the operation. The technician who came to service the garage door was very professional and I learned a lot from him on how to keep the door running quietly. I will recommend your company to friends and family.

Jonathan was a very helpful and caring young man. He explain everything in detail what he was doing to my mom’s and dad’s garage that was damage by a truck. One of my garage door rollers came off the track. Called for an appointment and got a time for technician to come same day. Technician called and coordinated the visit. Service was outstanding and William was very informative, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Percision.

Who wants to wake up in the morning to find out their garage door is broken?? Well, that was my morning … I called Precision and was treated professionally and kindly. Eugene arrived, I decided to replace the door, he picked the door up and was back in a timely manner. He replaced the door and I’m very happy with it. He did a great job and was very nice and serious about doing a good job. He is an asset to your company. Thank you, Precision and thank you Eugene … You get five stars.

Word of mouth landed me George, the technician, who replaced the entire garage door and motor. He was friendly but professional and the whole job was done very satisfactorily. I’m a happy camper…. The quality of the new key pad and openers exceeded my expectations. Rating: THE VERY BEST NUMBER – FIVE….

My service technician was William and although my problem was not a big one he was able to repair my door the best it could be repaired. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. He pointed out some potential problems in the future but did not pressure me to order work done until I needed it.

Blake my service tech was awesome he fixed my door in a timely manor and let me know what he was doing and why every step of the way. I put my new door in 2 years ago after backing my car thru it and I did not know who and where to go for a door. Precision was recommended thru a friend and I will not use anyone else but them EVER!!! Blake and his team get a 5 star from me. Thank you

The young man who did m y repairs to my garbage doors, was very polite, explained every thing to me. Was helpful helping me set up passwords on outdoor remotes. Also help with internal remote in my car. He did a get job. Did know the prints were broken and how dangerous it was for me. I would recommend him at a heart beat.

I did not choose your company for service because I could only afford to have only 1 spring replaced. But your service tech “Charlie” was very professional and extremely understanding which was very refreshing to experience for a change. Although I did not choose your company I will not hesitate to recommend your services to my friends and neighbors.
