Your service technician, Blake, was very professional in his visit to our home. He diagnosed the problem bur did not pressure us in any way to make the decision to purchase a new opener. He thoroughly explained the installation process and the programming of the opener. He took pride in his work and was most courteous and proficient. I especially like the fact that you inform in advance the technician who will visit your home. Overall rating: 5 star

You repaired and put in new track at the Hutchinson rsidence about one year ago. I asked him for the name of the company. I am very pleased with your staff and service. The technician was great today, fixed very fast. You put i n a new motor, track and operating wall units, new openers last May. I recommend your Company @ every opportunity. I rate you as a 5.

Charlie, your tech, just left my home after fixing a problem with the door not closing as it should. He was right on time showing up and did a quick inspection, quoted a fair price for everything needed, and completed the service needed. Charlie was very personable and capable.

Blake was a true professional. In a scale of 0 to 10, I will give him a 10 (a very high 10). We were very please with his service. He answer all our questions with a full explanation of what was ask. Also he explain every aspect of the operation of the new unit.
