There is never a good time to have a spring break. 6pm light rain falling. Frustrating. Checked the internet and found Precision. Tech was there in about an hour. Very professional and polite. We agreed on a price and the job was completed without any surprises. Total job was done within 3 hours of the big loud noise when the spring broke. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the tech. He told me what he was going to do, did it and cleaned up after himself. Unless my new springs break tonight, I telling everyone how happy I am. Just for the record I’m a picky guy and am hard to please.

Your service tech Blake was very professional and polite. after discussing the possible solutions to my broken spring I decided to buy 2 new garage doors. Your installer Kevin was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had the pleasure of being served by Andrew, and John (in training). It took longer to fix than I anticipated because I was ignorant about the extent of the damage until Andrew explained it to me. I was very relieved to be able to get my car out of the garage and be able to make it to my appointments.
