Attention Scott (owner of Precision Garage Doors) July 1st we had a new garage door and motor installed by Kevin Phillips. We absolutely love the door–Kevin did an outstanding job installing it and explaining how to work it. The remotes are really cool, both outside the cars and inside the cars. Today (aug 26) we had Billy Price come out to check out a loud pop in the roller channel. He explained it is normal and will settle down then corrected it for us. You have an outstanding team working for you who takes pride in the product they install and the job they do. They work 110% which shows their dedication to Precision Garage door. I scheduled my appointment through the Chat app on the website. The technicians called and kept me apprised on the exact arrival time, which occurred in less than 1 1/2 hours after my request. My garage door opener was not working. After a thorough check, I was told my 21 year old unit needed to be replaced. The house is listed for sale and I needed to be as cost efficient as possible. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, replacing not only the motor, but the springs, ball bearings and sensor eyes as well. All was completed in less than 2 hours. Dylan May and his associate were both very courteous and profession. I would highly recommend Precision to any one needing garage door replacement or repair.

Great service! I received a call letting me know about the time the tech would arrive. Since I was at work, my parents came for the appointment. They stated the tech was friendly and explained EVERYTHING to them. Also, they said he was very neat and cleaned up his work area. Thanks for a great job!
