Installer called to say he could be there ahead of time .. assessed the rails and chain needed replacement. Even greased the hinges for free to cut noise .. never knew I should do that yearly . Jacob was very courteous and explained and also showed me the issues. Within 4 hours the springs , motor and other parts needed were all replaced and we could use our garage door again. Plus now we have an outside kepad as well as remotes, which was included!
