I was very pleased with the service of the technicians (Matt and Will) that installed the garage door. Though there were a few issues and it took a bit longer than expected, their attitudes were great. When they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything operated and also set up the permit inspection. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same of the sales staff. When the first sales rep came to my house, she was not prepared. She did not have the information needed for what should have been a standard garage door, she appeared frazzled and then on top of that, I had to sign what seemed a lot of pages on her tablet just to confirm that in fact DID NOT purchase a door. Four or five days went by with no call or email. I finally called her. She promised estimate by end of day. I got it the next morning and it was just way out in left field. I asked her to get me another quote on something a little less expensive and I never heard from her again. My phone rings a week or so later, and it is Chris telling me that they are going to be installing my garage door the next day. I tell Chris I never bought a door from Precision. He then apologizes and says that he was supposed to call Hardy instead of Handy. Much to his credit, after I told him how disappointed I was in the original associate that I didn’t even buy a door from them, he actually took the time to find exactly the door I needed (in less than 3 min) and had me on the schedule for installation before the call was over. So, you owe Chris a bonus as without that mistaken call to me and his great attitude and making sure I was happy, I would have never called you back to buy the door. I actually, had another estimate set up with another company. With all that said, I am very happy with my new garage door! Colette Handy
