I looked up the local repair companies and Precision had good reviews. There is a reason for this. I called at 7am after President’s Day and got an appt. Between 8am & 11am. Andrew my tech called at 7:30am. He was courteous, professional and proficient. He assessed and gave me my options. Never pushed for extra work. What a relief.

Same day service! Prices are fair. Quality of product seems to be very good. Warranty is good. The best part of the whole experience was a young man named Jacob who did the job. Even at the age of 23 years, he was extremely professional, polite and handled himself in a manor way beyond his 23 years. Answered all questions without having to think about the answer before speaking…..extremely knowledgeable about the products and procedures necessary to do what he does. A definite asset to this company!!
